Hi, I’m Natassja Nowak (Tasha Nowak), a healthcare student, certified nursing assistant, and wellness advocate passionate about integrative care and intentional living. I’m a proud alumna of Vanderbilt University, where I studied Medicine, Health & Society with a concentration in health policy and economics, alongside a minor in business. I created to live well. as a space for students, caregivers, and future health professionals to reconnect with their mind, body, and spirit while navigating demanding, high-performance paths.
I grew up on the island of Borneo, Malaysia, where I witnessed the kind of care that stays with you: deeply human, relational, and spiritually rooted. It shaped my belief that wellness isn't a luxury or an add-on; rather, it’s central to how we show up for others.
As a former competitive figure skater of 15 years, gymnast, and collegiate cheerleader, I developed a strong foundation in discipline, somatic awareness, and quiet resilience. But I’ve also learned that ambition without regulation leads to burnout. to live well. is my response to that lesson, and a space that honors both structure and softness, grit and grace.
Mission & Philosophy
to live well. LLC was created to inspire the integration of wellness into healthcare and daily life, offering free resources accessible to everyone. This platform is a reflection of my experiences as a nursing assistant, my dedication to patient-centered care, and my belief in the strengths that lie within holistic wellness. I believe that true wellness goes beyond just physical health. It encompasses mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, and it’s essential to prioritize all aspects to live a balanced life. to live well. is about inspiring individuals to find strength in caring for themselves as much as they care for others. Through this platform, I aim to share the lessons I’ve learned in both healthcare and wellness, encouraging you to take charge of your well-being in all areas of life.
